Our history
Our story begins back in 1939, when the “Principe di Piemonte” cable car was inaugurated in Cortina d’Ampezzo, which would later become today’s Faloria cable car. Its construction constituted a magnificent engineering feat for the time, a majestic work that made a dream come true: to quickly and comfortably connect Cortina to Faloria. Mountain enthusiasts could now easily reach the unspoiled natural paradises that overlook the ‘Queen of the Dolomites’.
