PRIVACY POLICY CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE SITE USERS
Pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), concerning the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing, as well as the free circulation of such data, Faloria S.p.A. intends to provide some information on the processing of personal data concerning the user or navigator (“interested party”) that could be communicated while browsing this website https://faloriacristallo.it (hereinafter “Site”). Please note that this information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links (for which reference is made to the respective privacy information/policies).

All personal data provided through this website will be processed in a lawful, correct and transparent way in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to users’ communications and questions. All personal data are collected directly from the interested party.
Navigation data
The operation of the Site involves the use of computer systems and software procedures that acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data relating to web browsing whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but due to its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified (for example, IP addresses, URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and to the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of checking the correct functioning of the Site and to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication. Specific summary information is also reported or displayed in the sections of the Site prepared for particular services on request and submitted, if necessary, to the consent of the interested party.

The Site does not use third party technical / profiling cookies which may collect user browsing data, the provision of which is optional and takes place through the expression of a free and informed consent. Cookies work in order to analyze the effectiveness of the Site and make it easier and more intuitive over time. 4. PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND MODE OF DATA PROCESSING
Faloria S.p.A. will process the user’s data to facilitate navigation and to provide the services that may be requested through the forms specially provided on the Site.
Personal data are processed to improve the web browsing experience, as well as for other purposes that fall within the services provided by Faloria S.p.A. or for the obligations required by law or regulation.
The processing of data’s legal basis is the consent of the User.
Personal data will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations which inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable medium, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to art. 5 par. 1 letter F of the GDPR.
5. SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
Exclusively for the purposes specified above, all the data collected and processed can be communicated to the persons authorized internally to the processing for their respective tasks, as well as to external parties to whom it is necessary to communicate the data (e.g. IT service companies, relevant public entities and authorities for the fulfilment of regulatory obligations or for the verification of responsibility in the case of computer crimes to the detriment of the Site). These recipients, if contracted to process data on behalf of Faloria S.p.A., will be designated as data controllers under a specific contract or another legal act.
6. DATA RETENTION POLICY
Personal data collected through the use of the Site are processed for the time strictly necessary to provide the services required to perform the related technical and security operations, as well as, once this period elapses, for any time established by the regulations in force for administrative and, possibly security purposes.
7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The user has the right (see articles 15 -22 of the GDPR) to ask Faloria S.p.A. to access its personal data and to correct them if they are inaccurate, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, as well as to obtain the portability of the data provided only if subject to an automated processing based on consent or contract, as well as to oppose the processing for reasons related to their particular situation and, in any case, for direct marketing. Furthermore, the user has the right to revoke the consent given for processing purposes that request it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (The Italian Data Protection Authority).
8. NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data and cookies, within the sections of the Site prepared for services on request, the user is free to provide his/her personal data for the purposes set out in the relevant policy, but failure to provide the data may affect the impossibility to obtain the requested service.
9. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
