How to reach the Faloria – Cristallo ski area

Given the high traffic flows expected for the event, extraordinary traffic control measures will be implemented during February and March, in coordination with municipal, provincial and regional authorities. The aim is to ensure good traffic conditions, safety and coexistence between the event and the daily needs of the area.

With the car

ARRIVING FROM AURONZO DI CADORE

Access by car and parking

WITHOUT PASS

Access to the Faloria ski area will be guaranteed as usual from AURONZO DI CADORE, via Regional Road 48 (SR48) crossing the PASSO TRE CROCI, with parking available at Rio Gere, without the need for a car pass.

Resident, owner of a second home or accommodation in a tourist facility

Those who are already entitled to a yellow car pass for zone 2 because they are residents or owners of a second home in Cortina, or are staying in accommodation, can also access Rio Gere and the Faloria cable car from Cortina.

Ski pass holders

During the weeks of the Olympic and Paralympic competitions, anyone who has a valid season ski pass and resides (or owns a second home) in the municipalities of San Vito di Cadore, Borca di Cadore or Vodo di Cadore can request a car pass for the yellow zone 2 via this platform by entering the address Cortina d’Ampezzo, via Guglielmo Marconi 20. In the ‘Other – Multi-day’ category, they must enter their details, attach their ski pass receipt and identity card (or TA.RI. receipt for second homes).

By bus

Skibus

The Faloria cable car can be reached with the S31 Skibus line. The Skibus is free for ski pass holders.

Rio Gere parking

The Rio Gere car park can be reached by taking the S38 Skibus route.

Urban service

The cable car can be reached by taking line 2 of the Cortina municipal bus service. The municipal bus service is free for all.

To reach Cortina

Cortina can be reached by extra-urban transport (for a fee). The arrival point is at the schools, and then you can walk to the Faloria cable car departure point.
